HOW LONG DO CUSTOM ORDERS USUALLY TAKE?
CBD Jewellers operate on a made to order basis to ensure the highest quality standard. Most orders will take 7-14 days for manufacture but this may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and subject to change during busy periods. 
Please contact us for the most current production and delivery time for your custom order.
CAN I WAIT IN-STORE WHILE MY REPAIR IS DONE?
Simple repairs can be done while you wait, if it is a job that requires a little extra TLC, please give us a few days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do! Please contact us for a quote. 
DO YOU HAVE FINANCE AVAILABLE?
Yes we do! We have two finance options: ZipMoney and Afterpay. Afterpay can be used for any items up to $1000. You can click the Afterpay option at the checkout to proceed with 4 easy (interest free!) instalments. ZipMoney can be used for any items up to $5000. This option is also available at the checkout and they offer 6-12 months interest free.

Orders and Returns

All items purchased through our online or retail store are considered custom orders and bespoke in nature, please note once your order has been processed sales are considered final and any deposit taken is non-refundable. 
Products purchased from our online or retail store are considered custom orders made as requested and are unable to be returned for change of mind or incorrect purchase. Please choose carefully before making your purchase. 
Any item that is thought to be damaged or defective may be returned at the customers expense and the claim assessed by CBD Jewellers. The item must be unworn and in the condition it was received in order to receive a store credit should your claim be accepted.

You are purchasing jewellery that is handmade and uses natural materials, some slight variance in product may occur as each piece is considered unique. Minor inconsistencies are not considered to be faults however please contact us if you have any question regarding your order.
